Therefore don’t believe that adrenaline is always a positive experience. Ranges of pain-control (physical, emotional, mental) and adrenalin-control can only be experienced through physical exercise. Fear of pain and fear of injury are the two biggest fear-factors. A large part of mental severity (offensive-mentality) is to recognize fear, to deal with it and to overcome it.
